We are currently seeking talented professionals to work as Help Desk Specialists (Code: HDS 200) for full time in Kiev office.
Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting and following-up on telephone and mail from Europe customer.
- Solving incidents in IT area.
- Troubleshooting, testing and logging.
- Ability to prepare the user’s guide and internal training plan.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:
- Experience in Internet technologies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, Outlook and AD.
- Good experience from user support within MS Office and home office solutions.
- Good knowledge of HardWare & Soft Ware.
- Common knowledge in LAN/WAN design and administration.
- Common understanding of Internet services and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of English (both spoken and written).
