We are currently seeking talented professionals to work as Help Desk Specialists (Code: HDS 200) for full time in Kiev office.

Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting and following-up on telephone and mail from Europe customer.
  • Solving incidents in IT area.
  • Troubleshooting, testing and logging.
  • Ability to prepare the user’s guide and internal training plan.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:

  • Experience in Internet technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, Outlook and AD.
  • Good experience from user support within MS Office and home office solutions.
  • Good knowledge of HardWare & Soft Ware.
  • Common knowledge in LAN/WAN design and administration.
  • Common understanding of Internet services and protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of English (both spoken and written).
